I felt heavy and large and needed to be able to walk a lot since we were going to Disney World in August while I was 7 months pregnant.Someone had told me about Skechers Shape ups and mentioned that her feet never hurt anymore after wearing them. I immediately purchased Skechers Shape Ups in Mary Janes for the summer and then two pairs of boots for the winter, one being the Skechers Freestyle boot that you are now considering!Well, I love these boots the best!!! First of all, they look so hot (as in sexy) in black leather without looking too biker-chic, are super comfortable, and support my horrible feet.I have high arches so other boots with no arch support really hurt my feet (ex. Uggs) and I've been super picky about what I'm able to wear. So when I went through the whole pregnancy in my Shape ups without any backpain or sciatica pain, which I usually get after walking a lot, I knew I had found a winner!I purposely bought the freestyle Shape ups boot because I already owned a fur-lined boot so I wanted an alternative for when it was warmer outside and I wouldn't want to wear my fur-lined. I also wear these boots when it rains rather than my suede ones for obvious reasons. The only thing I have to say that is possibly negative is that in their description it says they are knee length- I'm not sure they go up quite that high, certainly not OVER the knee but up to the knee is probably most accurate. In the description that Skechers gives for this boot the product features are that they enhance your wardrobe, tone your calves, help you lose weight. I'd say that is definitely true for all of the above. I don't think I got "skinny" from wearing these boots all the time but I certainly feel better and a bit more toned when I'm wearing them. And, after I had my baby, I noticed that my weight "fell" off a bit faster than in any of my previous pregnancies. I really give this boot 5 stars, I can't imagine what you wouldn't like about it. If you don't have big foot arches, you might have a teeny bit longer of an adjustment period if this is your first pair of Skechers shape ups as the rocking mechanism in the sole of the boot can be somewhat awkward but my feet absolutely prefer the rocking mechanism and now I want all of my shoes in my closet to be Skechers shape ups.
